Latchford Landfill Site Redevelopment
The redevelopment will see the relocation of an extended care home facility and the construction of low cost housing association houses and private houses all set within a landscaped green space.
ASH is providing a co-ordinating role in the preparation of a planning application and environmental statement having previously submitted a scoping report to which Warrington Borough Council have responded. In addition ASH has organised and procured geotechnical and geo-environmental investigations, has assessed site investigation results and designed a site remediation strategy. All aspects of landscape design and landscape and visual impact assessment are also within the company's remit.
